Problem

Spike was looking to educate their loyal customer base on what a typical "brew day" looked like on their state-of-the-art home-brewing system. The challenge was boiling down an 8+ hour brewing time into digestible content that educates seasoned brewers on the different steps of brewing but also the product's differentiators.


Solution

Chow developed a long-form video content series that walked customers through each step of the process. A chaptered approach to the videos allowed each step to be organized and easy to understand. A customer testimonial was also woven throughout the  educational video to showcase the impact the brew system could have on the end user.


Outcome

The multi-day production delivered long-form and short-form videos gaining over 189K+ organic videos views on Youtube.
